Paver Patios

Pavers are Elegant

Pavers come in a variety of shapes and sizes (from rectangular to circular), allowing for rounded edges when needed. One who chooses pavers also gets more play with colors and patterns, as the coloring is predictable. Truly intricate patterning for your driveway, walkway, or patio displays a level of prestige poured concrete could never surpass.

Pavers are Durable

Pavers offer the most durability in patio surfacing currently available. The compression strength of pavers can exceed 8,000 pounds per square inch. They also are ideal for pool areas, as they have tightly packed, less porous surfaces which wards off mold and mildew. In addition, because pavers are interlocking and laid in a "floating" system, cracking and deformities aren't an issue as can be possible with other outdoor flooring materials.

In the event that one paver were in need of replacement, pavers can be replaced individually, which means an affordable, efficient selection.

The many advantages of pavers are on-going, but they do include:

  • They require practically no maintenance with proper installation
  • Interlocking Pavers do not require expansion joints
  • They can be used immediately upon installation
  • They are resistant to spilled fuel and oil (great for driveways!)
  • They have a skid and slip resistant surface
